Huzan Fraser Motivala
Huzan Fraser Motivala is the Director and Co-Founder of Beautiful Planet, established in 2004. Over the past two decades, Huzan—together with her business partner, Beena has built a strong reputation for strategic tourism representation, delivering measurable business outcomes for global destinations through trade engagement, marketing, and public relations.
Under her leadership, Beautiful Planet has successfully positioned destinations across Europe, Australia, the Americas, and Asia, earning recognition as one of India’s pioneering boutique destination representation agencies. The company’s long-standing client relationships, some spanning decades, reflect its commitment to excellence, insight-driven strategy, and consistent results.
Before co-founding Beautiful Planet, Huzan served as Regional Director – Sales and Marketing at The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in Mumbai, where she led business development, strategic partnerships, and promotional campaigns for one of India’s leading luxury hotel groups. She also worked with the Le Méridien Hotels in India and the UK, contributing to publicity, advertising, and the launch of new hotel properties across India.
Huzan holds a degree in English and Psychology from Mumbai University, along with a Diploma in Marketing.
Beena Menon
Beena Menon is the Director and Co-Founder of Beautiful Planet, established in 2004. With over two decades of experience in destination marketing and communications, Beena together with her business partner, Huzan has been instrumental in helping international destinations, hotel brands, and tourism products successfully enter and grow in the Indian market.
Under her leadership, Beautiful Planet has built a strong reputation for strategic, insight-led marketing across the travel trade, media, and consumer segments. The company has had the privilege of launching and managing the India offices for Tourism Ireland and Visit Victoria (Australia), while also representing an extensive portfolio of destinations including Trinidad & Tobago, Serbia, and a selection of global hotels and attractions.
Before co-founding Beautiful Planet, Beena served as Deputy CEO at Capital Images Public Relations, where she led operations and developed communication strategies for leading Indian corporates and multinational clients. She began her career with The Oberoi Group of Hotels as Sales Manager, overseeing marketing and business development initiatives across Western India.
Beena holds a Gold Medal from Wadia College, Pune University, and an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
